Plumbateria were very easy to deal with. They took the time to explain many of the options to my wife and I regarding different fixtures, options, pricing, etc. before we committed to a purchase.Pricing was generally in-line or better than the box stores, but with much better selection and customer service.Our orders were processed quickly, and we were contacted right away once the shipments had arrived. We had one supplier provide incorrect handles on the faucets – and Plumbateria organized for us to use temporary handles until the correct replacements had arrived.We used their installation services as well, and were extremely pleased. The installer took great care in ensuring the installation met our needs, working through several layout options to ensure we had the best possible installation. Quality was top-notch.I will be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing/fixture needs, and would recommend them to friends and family.
